The Professional Association of Security Sector (PASS) is an independent, non-governmental and non-partisan think-thank organization in Serbia. It comprises active and retired members of the public and private security sector, as well as academic experts and specialists in the security field. It aims at raising the collective awareness in society of the importance of security; connecting theory and practice in the security field, proposing and analyzing public policy documents in the field of security; cooperation with other national, regional and international associations in this field, realization of affirmative activities which raise the reputation and trust of citizens in the security institutions of Serbia, education and training of members of the security sector in the Republic of Serbia and society in general. In 2020 PASS established the Centre for Non-Proliferation, Arms Control and Disarmament (Centre for NACD) to deal specifically with issues of non-proliferation, arms control and disarmament and all aspects related to this field, including the academic and professional-political level and seek to establish network of experts in this field in Serbia. Head of the Centre is the Secretary General of the PASS Dr. Marina T. Kostić.
